Apples, butternut squash, kohlrabi and collards, popcorn, fine ground grits, red leaf lettuce, sweet potatoes, cauliflower, jalapenos and a chili pepper
The box or half box this week. I now have a huge stock pile of butternut squash and greens, and apples, but I have big plans for the apples. Course I have big plans for lots of things. We'll see if I can make the plans reality.

In other news we got an email from T's teacher. Recently he has had to sit at the quite table at lunch and sit outside the classroom at two points today. His teacher is not the only one who has trouble with him. Apparently he is disruptive (interrupting stories to ask questions, not following all the classroom rules) and appears un-phased by changing his card to yellow or red, or in sitting outside.
However, he was very upset when I got home, and very sad when we talked with him at dinner. He was subdued all night and said, when asked while I was making dinner, that his day was not very good. He had not wanted to go to school the last two days.
The transition to regular school is not going very well.

In the bath last night T stretched out his arms and pushed his feet against the back of the tub. He couldn't keep his arms unbent, and said, "Look, I'm too big for the bath." Then when toweling off he said, "I don't like growing up very much, I don't like not fitting in the bath."
